Personalized Items
All items are made to order and knit by hand here in the India and take 2-4 weeks to ship. We will do our best to get your order to
you as soon as possible. If there are any special instructions for your
order please let us know in the special instructions box.
Change to Order
We
encourage you to double check your order before placing it. To make
changes, you must notify us within 24 hours by contacting our customer
service department at
+91-9058913568 9am - 9pm . After 24 hours we can not guarantee your order can be changed.
Returns & Exchanges
All
Sweeters products are made-to-order. As such, we will not accept a
return unless the order has an error in personalization or the wrong
item(s) is received. We will not accept returns based on size
discrepancies or color discrepancies arising from viewing the item(s) on
our website. All orders are thoroughly examined to ensure that item
sizes and quantities are accurate. All items are also examined for
defects prior to shipping. Sweeters is not responsible for any problems
with orders that have been opened or left unattended after they were
delivered. We will not accept a returned order that has been washed or
worn. If a problem does arise with your order, please contact a
customer service representative at bhartipandey1984@qmail.com or call+91-9058913568 8am - 9pm within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Please do not send items back to us without getting a Return
Authorization number from us first. Items will not be accepted for
return if a Return Authorization is not issued within two weeks of
receipt.
Back orders & Discontinued Item
We
try very hard to keep ample supplies of our yarn on hand, however every
so often we find ourselves out of stock. We will make every effort to
contact you if the product you ordered is temporarily out of stock or
discontinued. In either case you can substitute another item of equal or
lesser value or get a refund.

We accept Visa and MasterCard as well as PayPal.
Shipping
At Sweeters, we believe in delivering your order to you as quickly as possible.
We will email you a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Expedited Delivery
If
you need something sent overnight for a special occasion, please call
our customer service department at +91-9058913568 8am - 9pm . We are
not responsible for delays by our carriers but we will do our best to
resolve any issues that may arise. During high volume holiday seasons
delivery times may vary. We will ensure that your order is produced and
shipped to arrive in the time specified. Please note that delivery
times are business days and start the day after you place your order.
